Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to Trading Portal (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Trading Portal lets you:

1. Register an account and manage TradingView webhook endpoints
2. Ingest and store trading alert payloads in your database
3. View analytics (filters, summaries, exports) in the dashboard
4. Subscribe to paid plans via Stripe for access to authenticated features

Version 1 does not include exchange order placement, automated execution on venues, or crypto payment rails. Any future features will be announced separately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for compliance with laws in your jurisdiction (including financial regulations).

3. Accounts

• Keep your login credentials confidential
• You are responsible for activity under your account
• Notify us promptly of unauthorized access

4. Webhooks and third-party platforms

You are responsible for:

• Configuring TradingView (or other senders) correctly
• Securing webhook URLs and X-Webhook-Secret values
• The accuracy and legality of signals you send

We may rate-limit or suspend endpoints that abuse the API or threaten platform stability.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges per the plan shown on /pricing. You may manage or cancel via the Stripe Customer Portal where available.

Refunds are handled according to applicable law and our stated refund policy at checkout.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Attempt to access other users' data
• Probe or disrupt the Service (DDoS, scraping beyond documented APIs)
• Upload malware or unlawful content
• Use the Service to operate unlicensed investment advice or brokerage where prohibited

7. Intellectual property

We retain rights in the software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in your trading data. You grant us a limited license to host and process your data solely to operate the Service.

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". TRADING INVOLVES RISK. WE DO NOT PROVIDE INVESTMENT ADVICE. PAST SIGNALS DO NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE RESULTS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOSSES FROM TRADING DECISIONS OR THIRD-PARTY OUTAGES (INCLUDING TRADINGVIEW OR STRIPE).

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or €100, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, access to /app/* ends; export your data beforehand where tools are provided.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Berlin shall have exclusive jurisdiction where permitted.
